Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623) of Hong Kong to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions in that jurisdiction shall not be affected, and the legality, validity and enforceability of the whole of these Terms and Conditions in any other jurisdiction shall not be affected.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. In relation to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (the “ Proceedings”), each of the parties irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts and waives any objection to Proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that Proceedings have been brought in an inappropriate forum, except that nothing shall prevent us from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.

In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.
